Hotels.com is my personal favorite way to book hotels. It’s pretty much the only way we book these days. So you’ll see the majority of the deals I found that come from here!
Sign up to be a FREE member to get extra discounts year round. Plus, 10% of your stay turns into rewards for a future stay. You can combine these rewards between hotels, VRBO, and Expedia.

Mexico
Stay at Moon Palace Cancun from $429/night (instead of $900+ / night)😱. This all-inclusive has EVERYTHING! You’ll get an ice rink, 7 pools, arcade, kids room, little waterslides/water playground, kids spa, mini golf, and so much more! My kids are dying to go here one day. (Found for January 23-27 and logged in as a free member).
Or head to Grand Fiesta in Cancun. This all-inclusive usually runs around $1,500/night, but I’m seeing prices in the $500’s for hotels.com’s black Friday sale. There are plenty of children’s areas and children’s activities here. Plus, 4 pools and 10 restaurants to choose from. This property is ah-MAZ-ing. (also found on dates January 23-27).
Royal Haciendas has been one of our most favorite hotels we’ve ever stay at. The rooms are apartment style with a small kitchen and multiple rooms. But you won’t need the kitchen since it’s an all-inclusive. We went during COVID, so we got really cheap prices, but typically staying here is over $700/night. Right now, I’m looking at Spring Break dates for just under $300/night. This is a STEAL! Book your Royal Haciendas getaway before prices increase!

Europe
Italy- Head to Rome for Spring Break and Save over $700 per night at the highly-rated Baglioni Hotel Regina. This place is a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. You’ll get a beautiful lobby, fitness center, and the gorgeous architecture Rome offers at this 5-star hotel.
France- How about a 4-star hotel in Marseille? Starting at just $150/night during Spring Break Dates you can take a family of 4 (sleeps up to 6 in select rooms) to experience all that Marseille offers. This beautiful hotel is within walking distance of many attractions.

Spain- The Westin Palace in Madrid is a palace indeed. This 5-star hotel is great for those wanting to have a luxurious experience. And at $300 off per night during spring break, it’s a great value for such luxury.

Colorado
Warwick Hotel, Denver– Take a weekend getaway to the city at The Warwick. This 4-star hotel has a rooftop pool and is just minutes away from walking to the capitol or 16th Street.
A weekend getaway will run you $166/night in a deluxe room for dates March 7-9 until those rates are gone!
Estes Park Resort– This is the most beautiful resort on the most beautiful setting in Estes Park. I can personally vouch for it, too. Stay in a nice room, take a walk around Estes Lake right outside the door, then drive just a few minutes into Rocky Mountain National Park.
This resort sells out quickly and even now has limited availability for families. You can grab a Grand Suite for a couple nights starting March 17 for the family and save $100/night. Other dates have availability for a couples getaway.
Historic Redstone Inn, Carbondale– Save $50+ per night at this beautiful property in Carbondale, CO. It’s pretty, quaint, and historic. People even hold their weddings here. Check out Redstone Castle and the nearby Coke Ovens.
Holiday Inn Winter Park, CO– For those really on a budget, save even more with this Black Friday deal. Just under $150/night in March!
The Landmark in Vail – A posh Vail resort under $1,000? During Spring Break?! This 4-star hotel at this price is a rare occurrence.
The Christie Lodge in Avon– If the price in Vail is still to steep, try staying in Avon instead. The Christie comes in much more affordable at under $250/night, down from $300+ for Spring Break dates. The Black Friday sale saves you around $50/night from the usual $300+/night.
Costa Rica
Penthouse in Jaco Costa Rica– While technically not part of the “Black Friday” sale, these penthouses are 4-star experiences at a steal! Sleep up to 8 (and even 15) for under $300/night if you book now!
Riu Palace Costa Rica (All-inclusive)– $600+ off per night during spring break dates!
Chachagua Rainforest Hotel (outside La Fortuna)– For those that want a true jungle experience, but also a 4-star resort where your family can stay in a bungalow. The natural setting adds to the experience, plus there are hot springs on site. Spotted for just under $250/night during the second half of March.
Largata Lodge, Nosara (Guanacaste)- Stay at this boutique hotel at a great Black Friday discount. This 4-star stay is rated almost a perfect 10 from over 300 guests. I spotted $427/night during spring break for a family of 4. Enjoy the pool, free breakfast, and the included beach shuttle.
Planet Hollywood All-Inclusive, (Guanacaste)- Enjoy the trip of convenience at this 4.5-star property on the beach. The kids can go to Kid’s Club, adults to the spa, or spend the day together and hit up one of the many restaurants with various cuisines. Ocean-view Junior Suite spotted at $585 during spring break, down from $700+.

Argonaut Hotel on Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco– save $200 per night on this 4.5-star hotel!
Scripps Inn, La Jolla Cove (California)- Save up to $200/night. Just a short walk from the tide pools, parks, and museums.
River Canyon Lodge, Moab UT– Minutes away from Arches National Park. Moab in spring is never cheap…except for right now! Just over $100/night for this newly renovated property.
Outrigger in Maui (Hawaii)- Save $150+ on select rooms, including ocean view 🤩. A nice resort in Maui for $300-400/night? Yes Please!
Southwest Vacations
Southwest is already one of my favorite airlines to fly on. Did you know they offer vacations packages to get more bang for your buck?
Now through December 9th, you can book through Southwest Vacations for extra savings of up to $500!!
My favorite part is that the savings tiers are really attainable. While in the past other companies have you spend $5,000 to save $500, with this Black Friday promo you need only spend $1,500 for Mexico, the Caribbean, or even Hawaii to save $500.
Prices change, of course, but right now I’m looking at spring break for 6 days and the Grand Oasis is around $1,200 per person with the BF deal, including flights, hotels, and all-inclusive. Non-spring-break dates are even cheaper!

Travelzoo Black Friday
I’m a member of Travelzoo and looking through their weekly newsletter of travel deals is one of the most exciting parts of my week. I’ve seen deals to go to China for $100, Italy for $799, and other sweet, irresistible deals that I had to make myself resist.

Same spring break dates (4 nights) can take you from Denver (flights included) to Hyatt Ziva Cancun for just over $1,000 per person. This is a 5-star resort that’s all-inclusive. We’ve been to a Ziva and it’s hands-down the best all-inclusive food we’ve ever had!
Booking.com Deals
Beginning November 22, Booking.com will begin their Black Friday travel deals. You’ll have until December 4th to book a stay.
Booking will be offering discounts up to 50% off for their sale. This includes both hotels, car rentals, and airline deals! Get ready to make those plans!
My Favorite Deals:
Save up to 37% on a cute bungalow at the Paradise Point Resort in Mission Bay, CA. This beach front resort give you plenty of space in a bungalow, which can sleep up to 5. I saw a savings of $800+ for a 5 day stay in January.
Heading to Cancun? Save over $1,000 on certain dates with a 4 night/5 day stay in these incredible beach-front villas with huge pools, workout room, and kids’ areas. In fact, the total cost for the dates I saw in January is under $1,000 for a family of 4. Check NOW to grab this. (Villas available up to 3 rooms!)
Looking for all-inclusive Cancun? Check out Majestic Elegance, an all-inclusive on the beach. I saw savings over $1,000 for a 4-night stay, and even a $2,000 savings for a swim-up junior suite for 4 people.
Expedia Black Friday
Expedia’s Black Friday sales are live! And they’ve got some great deals on hotels, cars, and vacation packages.
My Favorite Deals:
Head to Cozumel in style. Stay at the highly-rated Cozumel Palace for your next all-inclusive vacation. What typically costs $780/night I’ve found for $390/night with their sale for a room for 4. Have a bigger family? Their Superior Loft Suite sleeps 6 and is 50% off from $1,328/night to $663/night for dates I found in the end of January.
Expedia has some great vacation packages, too. And I could recommend some great savings. But while I always book hotels through third parties and have never had a problem, I don’t recommend booking flights through 3rd parties. If delays, cancellations, etc occur, it’s a bit trickier to get flights resolved than hotels.
But if you’ve had good experiences with 3rd party flight bookings, then have at it and take a look because they’ve got some great package deals.
Iberostar Hotels
You’ve probably heard of Iberostar Hotels as some of the great hotels of Mexico and the Caribbean.
Starting November 21, you’ll get access to the best deals on Iberostar destinations. Make sure to sign up for their newsletter (Free) to get exclusive discounts at your fingertips.
Special Offers at the moment include 20% off at their Cozumel property and 25% off at Riviera Maya (starting at $433/night at the moment). These beach front resorts are all-inclusive and located on gorgeous properties.
So don’t miss their Black Friday sale when more will come!
Bahia Principe Hotels
Bahia hotels are well-known in Mexico and the Caribbean, perfect for a warm winter getaway.
Black Friday makes them even more affordable to visit!
While many of the resorts are around 30-40% off, you can find deals as much as 49% (like the resort in Jamaica!)
In addition, you’ll get resort credits with your booking plus a “first-child-stays-free” bonus.
Hawaiian Airlines
Say Aloha with a trip to Hawaii. Hawaiian airlines hasn’t come out with their Black Friday deals yet, but historically, they have done things like 5x points for flights. We’ll see what they do this year!
