1. Grand Lodge Peak 7
Grand Lodge Peak 7 is a hotel in the style of a condo. And it looks Ahhhh-mazing. This hotel sits right at Peak 7, so you can watch the skiers load up on the chairlift. Or better yet, go join them. It’s just a short walk away.
The luxury you feel when you walk in will blow you away. First, the whole look of this place screams “mountain lodge” when you drive up. But it gets better as you go inside and realize just how convenient and family-friendly this place is. The condo-style includes a kitchenette or full kitchen in the room, a living room for gathering, and you can choose up to 3 bedrooms in your unit. Cook for yourself, or hit the restaurant on site if you’re too tired.
The pool on site is stunning, with streaming fountains along the side and a waterslide. The little ones also get a kid’s pool for their comfort. Plus you can move to the indoor pool if the weather isn’t agreeing. Or head to the game room with arcade games, skee ball, billiards, ping pong. This is a family’s dream hotel! A theater room, mini golf, fitness facility…this place has it all.
2. Grand Timber Lodge
Grand Timber Lodge is another beautiful mountain lodge with an apartment style, perfect for fitting even large families. It’s conveniently located on the mountain (near 4’Oclock Road) but also just a short distance from town, making it one of the great hotels in Breckenridge.
Grand Timber Lodge has plenty of pool space for everyone: two indoor and two outdoor pools, plus a kid’s pool. You can also jump in the sauna or steam room, get some energy out at the fitness facility and the kids can get their energy out at the playground. You can choose from a studio for smaller parties or get a suite with up to 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 10. The studios have a kitchenette, while the other rooms have an even better equipped kitchen.

Gravity Haus is a unique hotel in Breckenridge. It’s a bit modern, a bit industrial, but all cool. Gravity house is located right off Park Ave, just a street over from Main Street. It’s right at Breckenridge resort, with ski-in ski-out access.
Gravity Haus has a few different rooms to choose from, sleeping all the way up 10 people with large bunkbeds. The rooms have A/C (not all mountain hotels do) if you’re visiting in summer. It also has ski rentals on site if you’re visiting in winter. The fitness center is unlike any hotel fitness center you’ve ever seen, and even has fitness classes.
The restaurant is constantly given two thumbs up for the quality of food. The service receives high marks as well. It’s one of the popular hotels in Breckenridge, appreciated for it’s unique style.
4. Crystal Peak Lodge in Breckenridge
Crystal Peak Lodge gifts you beautiful finishes and beautiful views. Families will love the condo-style set up which will give you plenty of space to play, gather, and eat.
