One thing I love is to read! We have bookmarks all over the house and it’s always convenient to have one nearby when I pick up a new book. So in honor of Valentine’s Day, I’ve created some Valentine Bookmarks as a free printable! They have cute designs and colors that have a message of both love and reading!

Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to grab a fun novel. From kids to adults, there are plenty of fun Valentine’s books to read. We love Curious George Makes a Valentine and of course Amelia Bedelia and Pinkalicious for our little ones. My older daughter loves reading The Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot, and she has a Valentine Princess book in the series ( HERE on Amazon)!
Printing the Valentine Bookmarks
I recommend printing these bookmarks on card stock. To make them last even longer, I recommend laminating them. No card stock? No problem. You can still print them on regular computer paper as long as you laminate them. These cute bookmarks should stay sturdy for a while!
You can print the colorful version for the full, fun effect! Or, if you need to take it easy on your color cartridge, you can just print the second page where I have taken off the background colors.
Decorating the Printable Bookmarks
There’s a dot on top to show you just where to hole punch the bookmark in case you’d like to add a tassel. Or, the dot is a perfect place to glue on an embellishment.
Dig in and download these cute, Valentine bookmarks! They make great hand-outs with, or in place of, valentine cards!
Below is my recommended laminator. I have this same one and I’ve used it for years! It’s easy to use, fits under the cupboard, and comes in handy a lot!
